Welcome Eunice Shen

DOT's New Executive Director

Daughters of Tomorrow is pleased to announce the appointment of Eunice Shen as Executive Director, effective 1 April 2026.

Eunice brings 20 years of leadership experience across some of the world's most recognised organisations — SPH Media, Sephora, Lazada, Samsung, Nokia and Singtel — with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading transformation, and building cultures where people do their best work.

Her move to DOT is a deliberate one. Energised by DOT's evolution toward becoming a destination of hope and agency for women, Eunice is here to help shape that vision into reality. She has seen firsthand how pivotal a single moment of support, confidence or opportunity can be in a woman's life, and how far that ripples into the families and communities around her.

As a mother, she is motivated not just by the present but by the future her children will inherit, one she hopes will be more inclusive, more compassionate and grounded in mutual respect. At DOT, that hope is what she works for.
