ORGANISATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Embracing a New Chapter at DOT

After nine years of dedicated service, our Executive Director Kaylee Kua, has stepped down from her role on December 31, 2025, to follow a long-held passion for sustainability and taking a well deserved break.

Kaylee’s legacy at DOT is profound. From advocating for our women clients to securing our IPC status renewal, her tenure has been defined by resilience and heart. Most importantly, she has cultivated a passionate team that lives our mission every single day.

We are so pleased to share that Kaylee has accepted our invitation to serve as an Advisor during this interim period. Her insights will be vital as we begin to breathe life into our refreshed vision: to be “a destination of hope and agency for women.” This vision, born from our inaugural Board–Management Retreat last August, serves as our North Star for the decade to come.

Looking Ahead: We are in the final stages of the search for our next Executive Director. This thoughtful transition ensures that DOT’s momentum remains as strong as ever.

Please join us in thanking Kaylee Kua for her long service and wishing her joy in her next adventure. The foundation is solid, the vision is clear, and the future of DOT is bright.
