Volunteer
At DOT, volunteers walk alongside women as they build confidence, strengthen skills, and prepare for meaningful employment. Whether you have a few hours to give or are looking for a longer-term commitment, there's a place for you in our community.
Find your role
Every skill can create opportunity. There are many ways to support women on their employment journey:
Trainer — Deliver programmes using content provided by DOT, covering areas such as DOT's Confidence Curriculum, IT, AI and Financial Literacy.
Childminder — Provide childminding support to our client's children, while mothers attend DOT programmes.
Volunteer Coach — Guide participants to reflect on different areas of their lives, identify priorities and work towards actionable goals.
Others — Support DOT through skilled volunteering across programmes, career events and community outreach.
How it works
Create a DOT Volunteer Account — Begin your volunteering journey by registering for a Volunteering Account on DOT's Volunteer Platform.
Book your volunteer onboarding essions — After registering you will receive a Welcome Email with instructions and a link to book your online volunteer onboarding session.
Start a conversation — Attend the mandatory volunteer onboarding session to learn more about volunteering with DOT, including your responsibilities, the training and process required to get started. It's also an opportunity for us to get to know you better, and for you to ask any questions about volunteering with DOT, our work, and the women we support.
For enquiries about volunteering with DOT, contact us at volunteering@daughtersoftomorrow.org.
