Von Leong
President
For the past decade, Von has championed the development of a vibrant social & digital health
sector in Singapore, led impact investments into small charities and early stage startups. Her
vision of empowerment includes an approach to integrate purpose driven innovations and
people centric initiatives to build positive and sustainable impact for the society. As the co-
founder of Purpose Venture Capital, 45% of her portfolio are female led companies. Von is
also a non executive director at Shaofen Labs and a partner at the Artificial Intelligence
International Institute. She currently serves as the co-chair of the SME committee at the
American Chamber of Commerce Singapore and a member of the school advisory committee
at Gan Eng Seng Primary. Her previous leadership roles were at AWS Global, Singapore
government (Social & Health), IBM APAC, Kelly Services North Asia and AON Greater
China. She further received the Advocate of the Year Award at the Women in IT Asia 2021.

Jacintha is a strategic legal and governance leader with over 24 years of experience, currently serving in senior leadership roles. She is also Chairperson of the School Advisory Committee at Si Ling Primary School. Jacintha is passionate about empowering individuals—particularly women and children—and strongly believes in Daughters of Tomorrow’s mission to empower women and strengthen families through sustainable independence.

Beth Berwick is a passionate advocate for women's rights with 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. As a board member of Daughters Of Tomorrow, she is committed to empowering women and girls through DOT initiatives. Inspired by their resilience, Beth is dedicated to amplifying their voices.
Outside of her advocacy work, Beth enjoys running and spending time with family and friends. She is honored to be part of a movement empowering women and enabling families.

Jason joined OCBC in 2013 and retired as Executive Vice President in 2022. He was previously with KBC Bank, Volvo, Standard Charted Bank and Citibank. He has more than 35 years of banking and finance experience including leading significant businesses in the different global financial markets. He assumed the role of Group Head of Human Resources at OCBC between 2014 and 2022 where he was a key member in the major transformation of the Bank in the human capital and digitalization space. He is currently serving on the Boards of Emperador Inc and Leap Philanthropy. Jason had previously served on the Boards of Institute of Human Resources Professionals and OCBC Properties Services. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from National University of Singapore and a Master of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University.

Sau Ho is passionate towards building a more inclusive society by Paying It Forward to uplift others to reach their full potential. Leveraging on his 30 years of experience as an Army Officer, Press Secretary to then DPM Tharman, working with SMEs and with more than 130 charities, he hopes to contribute towards DOT’s transformation to scale and better serve her beneficiaries.

Sharon is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience across capital markets, private banking, family offices, and venture capital. She currently serves as a senior leader at AlTi Tiedemann Global, where she advises families on wealth, purpose, and legacy. Sharon is also the Co-Chair of Women in Family Offices (WIFO) and co-founder of Purpose Venture Capital, which backs early-stage startups that align profit with purpose. A strong advocate for financial literacy and women’s empowerment, Sharon is the author of Why Women Don’t Talk Money and the host of the accompanying podcast series.
At DOT, Sharon leads the Fundraising Committee, focusing on building sustainable partnerships, donor engagement, and long-term support for programs that enable underprivileged women to achieve financial independence. She brings a deep commitment to using capital - both financial and social - for meaningful change.

William is a seasoned enterprise-wide risk management professional with over 30 years in the banking and finance industry. He started his career with Citibank and held various risk management and regulatory compliance with various Fis such as DBS, ING and Fullerton Financial Holdings. He also held regional risk advisory roles with PwC and IBM. An advocate of sustainability, financial inclusion and poverty alleviation, William served from 2020-22 as a member of the Board Audit & Risk Committee of Maha Agriculture Microfinance in Myanmar to provide financial accessibility to rural farmers and their families. William holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and Bachelor of Engineering (Computer) from NTU.

Schutz Lee is a fundraising and investor relations professional who in the last 30 years has been volunteering for non-profit social causes due to her keen interest in social-economic issues. She has volunteered for different women’s charities in various roles and capacities, championing women’s rights and empowerment, and along with that, the welfare of their families. The main roles she has taken on in the charities as a volunteer have been as a Board Member, Fundraising, Branding and Communications, Board Recruitment and Treasurer. She is a keen champion of a charity’s sustainability – in its mission, its finances and in its leadership
