As DOT bridges more and more of our beneficiaries with potential employment opportunities, we forge an empowering working partnership and collaboration with our network of empathetic employer partners. In 2018 we started to award key employer partners for being supportive organisations which have hired DOT’s beneficiaries and embraced various workplace schemes to make employment possible for the underprivileged and, empowering mothers into financial independence. Employer partners are recognised at the annual “Employer Appreciation and Awards” event.
This Year’s Employer Partner Appreciation Awards Ceremony 2020
Our first ever fully online Employer Awards; this year’s theme was, “Leading the Way for a Better Tomorrow” and was aimed at recognising our employer partners for their highly commendable work. The award recipients included The Coconut Club, Quilt AI, Randstad Sourceright, Vanguard Healthcare, and Sparkletots.
Truly the work at DOT would not be possible without every person and organizations’ heartfelt contribution, especially in 2020. With your continued support, this community will continue to grow, creating more value in our society, impacting positive change, and enabling better livelihood for many more women and their families.
