Kaylee Kua
Executive Director
Kaylee is the Executive Director and chief driver of DOT's missions. She oversees the overall strategy for Daughter's Of Tomorrow's programmes, staff, expansion, and execution of its mission. These include programme planning and management, community and corporate outreach and advocacy, fundraising, donor management, as well as volunteer recruitment and management. She also oversees the delivery of all DOT programs and services, working to maintain and improve quality.
There is never a dull moment when Kaylee is around. A self professed talkative individual, she knows lots of random topics and can has a topic for any occasion. She's also our resident fitness guru, and loves watching documentaries, especially ones narrated by Sir David Attenborough. Now that I think about it, that must be how she learned about all these random topics.

Natalie Ooi

Natalie oversees the Job Readiness Program Team to develop, plan, resource and execute the programs offered by DOT to support our beneficiaries. She also oversees the community partnerships and volunteer engagement strategies to support DOT's mission. She is extremely passionate about her role as she had is thankful for the opportunities and people she had in her life who helped her grow and develop. She is therefore motivated and moved to see women, who do not have the relevant support, empowered and their families strengthened.

Community Partnerships
Munirah engages, builds, and grows DOT’s community partnerships with organizations involved in community work as well as partners who can provide training and peripheral support to women and their families by leading efforts with external stakeholders to bring about collective impact that contributes to deep impact for the women, through JRP operations and recruitment of referrals, in accordance with our vision and mission.
Munirah dabbles in a bit of performing arts, and Netflix-ing on the weekends. Come hit her up if you're down to talk K-dramas or anything under the sun!

Safiah specialises in Administrative, Customer Service, Spa, Beauty bridging. She is responsible for sensitizing new employer partners and advocating for the our clients' needs. In her role, Safiah provides career coaching, interview readiness and other individualized support to job ready women and post job support once they start working.In addition, Safiah manages DOT's Social Mobility Program, Step Up; recruiting participants, connecting them to specialized volunteers and partners, tracking their progress, outcomes and needs.

Selina identifies job opportunities that best meet the needs and aspirations of women and helps to link them up with potential employer partners, supporting their re-entry into the workforce.
One of the most authentic people you will ever meet, Selina is the epitome of reliability and consistency regardless of whether she is working or not. Her motto is "I don't duplicate, be myself!". She truly is one of one. She works closely with both potential employer partners and job-ready women to not only bridge them to jobs, but also enable the women to achieve regular and sustained employment.

Murshida Mohamed Kadir
Program Development and Incubator
Murshida oversees the design and development of DOT's array of programs and workshops to ensure that we remain relevant in helping our women secure employment, gain financial independence and eventually achieve social mobility. She works closely with the other units within DOT as well as external stakeholders, including the trainers and corporate partners to ensure that DOT's programs served the needs of the target population.
As someone who enjoys challenging herself, Murshida has also taken on a new role within DOT to pilot projects or schemes that aim to support our women beyond the current programs and services offered by DOT. These pilot projects will set DOT aside as the leading innovative social service agency in the market.

HOME-BASED CHILDMINDING
Priscilla manages our Home-Based Childminding Program, which is a pilot programme with MSF. She oversees the end-to-end programme implementation and execution and supports the outreach, recruitment, screening, matching of children, evaluation and stakeholder management of the programme.

Monitoring, Evaluation
and Research
Mumtaz oversees the research, monitoring and evaluation function in the organisation. She works closely with other departments to clearly identify goals and objectives of DOT's services, so that progress can be tracked and the organisation can make informed decisions about how to improve its intended impact. On the research front, she is continuing with the implementation of DOT's first in-house research study - the Social Mobility Program - which introduces interventions to reduce chronic instability among low income women.
Outside of work, Mumtaz is curious about stories less told. This curiosity has led her to seek alternative narratives around the world through travelling to, and volunteering in places like Palestine, Lebanon and Iran. She has been attempting to learn the Arabic language for the past 7 years, with no success.

Executive Assistant & Human Resource Administration
John assist the Executive Director (ED) in a broad variety of administrative tasks, he also supports the ED and Senior Management on compliance needs in relation to applicable rules and
regulations. As part of his Human Resource role, John acts as the "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in Daughters Of Tomorrow and keeps the ED updated on the most recent changes.
