Her move to DOT is a deliberate one. Energised by DOT's evolution toward becoming a destination of hope and agency for women, she is here to help shape what that vision becomes in practice.

Nurul Hussain
Head of Impact
Nurul brings extensive experience building communities, designing impactful programmes, and advising on careers. As founder of The Codette Project, she expanded pathways into tech for Muslim and other minority women — through upskilling, mentorship, and community-building. Her leadership has been recognised on Singapore's Top 100 Women in Tech (2020), LinkedIn's Top Voice in Gender Equity, Prestige 40 Under 40, and Tatler's Gen T List. She's widely respected as a community leader and an advocate for more inclusive definitions of success. As the Head of Impact at DOT, Nurul will bring that same depth of expertise to our mission of enabling social mobility for lower-income women.

Janice Aw
Employment Bridging & Employer Engagement
Janice oversees the Employment Bridging and Employer Engagement Team. She creates pathways to employment for the women we serve. She works closely with employers to build strong partnerships, and also ensures pur beneficiaries receive effective job coaching and employment bridging support.
She finds fulfillment in ensuring that the women step confidently into the workplace and each successful placement opens the door to greater stability and independence.

Shikin specialises in Administrative, Hospitality and Other sector bridging. Gisele Sie

As part of the Programmes & Operations Team, Gisele takes care of the planning, coordination, and execution of the job readiness programmes for our beneficiaries.
A big part of what she does is getting to know each client’s unique story—understanding her needs and goals, and then connecting her with the right support, whether that’s training, coaching, or job matching. It’s incredibly meaningful work, and she genuinely love building connections and cheering these women on as they take steps toward new opportunities.
She is passionate about making a positive difference and spends her free time volunteering, as well as enjoying yoga and hiking.

Natalie oversees the Job Readiness Program Team to develop, plan, resource and execute the programs offered by DOT to support our beneficiaries. She also oversees the community partnerships and volunteer engagement strategies to support DOT's mission. She is extremely passionate about her role as she had is thankful for the opportunities and people she had in her life who helped her grow and develop. She is therefore motivated and moved to see women, who do not have the relevant support, empowered and their families strengthened.

An familiar and trusted presence among our volunteers, Clare connects with the amazing volunteers from our corporate partners and bring them into the heart of what we do.
She share our mission and vision with volunteers, and thoughtfully matches them to roles where they can make the greatest impact—whether that’s befriending our beneficiaries, facilitating workshops, or supporting with childminding.
She finds joy in finding the right fit for each volunteer and seeing how their unique strengths can uplift and empower the women we serve. Watching volunteers and beneficiaries connect, learn, and grow together gives her work meaning.

Joyce Teng
Head of Advancement
Joyce brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the social service and maritime sectors, with a strong track record in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development. Prior to joining DOT, she led donor engagement, fundraising efforts and communications at other social service agencies, strengthening supporter relationships and helping to grow philanthropic giving. Over time, through her career, volunteer work, and personal life, she has come to believe deeply in the role that community plays in shaping outcomes and in creating new possibilities. As Head of Advancement, Joyce will lead DOT's fundraising, partnerships, and communications efforts as we enter our next phase of growth to expand our reach to more women earlier on their journey towards financial stability and sustained employment.

Vivien works closely with community partners, clients, and external stakeholders to support programme delivery and referral pathways that create meaningful and sustainable impact for women and families. Her work focuses on building trusted relationships, aligning shared goals, and ensuring programmes remain responsive to real needs on the ground.
Guided by a people centred approach, she believes that effective support is built on trust, clarity, and collaboration. She is committed to strengthening partnerships and services that enable individuals to access timely support and navigate their journeys with confidence and dignity.
She values work that brings people, purpose, and impact together, and believes that lasting change is possible when support systems are thoughtful, inclusive, and grounded in shared responsibility.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two pet dogs.

Daniel Ou is responsible for all People and Culture matters at Daughters Of Tomorrow (DOT). He is the driving force behind shaping DOT's internal environment to ensure the team is as supported and dynamic as the women they empower. His core focus is to facilitate a culture that is Empowering, High-Performance, Diverse, and Fun, all while anticipating the Future-of-Work. This involves overseeing strategies for talent acquisition, staff development, employee engagement, and ensuring that DOT remains a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking place to work. Daniel's ultimate goal is to nurture a positive environment where every team member can thrive and contribute fully to DOT's mission.
When he steps away from his People and Culture duties, Daniel finds tranquility and beauty in the arts and the natural world. His hobbies include admiring the mesmerizing brushstrokes of Monets and observing the graceful movement of Japanese Ranchus (ornamental goldfish).

Max is a seasoned CPA with over 20 years of experience across organisations such as HP, Visa and Grab, where he has supported leadership teams in making better decisions through greater financial clarity and structured planning.
For Max, finance goes beyond numbers and processes. At Daughters Of Tomorrow, he focuses on strengthening visibility over funding, supporting thoughtful prioritisation of outcomes, and building scalable financial structures that enable the organisation to deliver on its mission — to be a destination of hope and agency for women.
Outside of work, Max enjoys endurance challenges and has lived in Australia and Hong Kong — experiences that have shaped his adaptability, resilience, and global perspective.

With over 15 years of experience across the public and social service sectors, she is passionate about building practical governance frameworks that enable organisations to achieve meaningful and sustainable impact.

Ernie Yong is the go-to person for all things related to technical efficiency and digital solutions at DOT. He manages our CRM optimisation, leads digital solutions project implementation, and helps improve overall efficiency by meticulously mapping processes across the organisation. Ernie also provides essential technical support and conducts in-house technology training for staff, ensuring the team is equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to execute DOT's mission effectively and seamlessly.
True to his namesake, Ernie (yes, like the Sesame Street character) has a penchant for the philosophical. While he might not be irritating Bert, he enjoys contemplating life's bigger questions, and occasionally, he shares a quote or two that can spark a moment of unexpected reflection.
