Women DOT Serves

We have a range of full-time and part-time positions ranging from eldercare, childcare to retail, F&B, beauty, hospitality, administration, and others. Our employment bridging staff will work with you to identify jobs that best meet your needs and aspirations.

Get in touch with your Social Worker or Social Service Officer to send us a referral at BeJobReady@DaughtersOfTomorrow.org. You will be assisted to fill in a form by your social worker/officer. We will then invite you to attend an orientation session for you to find out more about our programs.

Yes. Please do inform us in advance so we can arrange for volunteer childminders or staff to keep your children safe while you attend our programs.

There are no fees required for any classes organised by DOT.

Your participation in classes allows you to identify your strengths. Also, it helps us to get to know you better, which would enable us to recommend the most suitable jobs for you. This in turn helps to improve your chances of success in employment.

Corporate Partners

We work with corporate partners to identify opportunities for skill-based volunteering that range from capacity-building, training & facilitation, childminding & children’s activities to events management and fundraising etc. Get in touch with Volunteering@DaughtersOfTomorrow.org to explore meaningful support for our organisation and women.

We prefer long-term partnerships so as to provide regular support and continuity in our programs for the women. However, there are a handful of one-off events in our calendar year that can benefit from one-day support. Please get in touch with Volunteering@DaughtersOfTomorrow.org to find out if our dates match your plans.

Social Workers

Send us a referral to BeJobReady@DaughtersOfTomorrow.org who will send you a form to be filled in by/for your client. We will then invite your client to attend an orientation session for her to find out more about our programs. Feel free to come along with your client if you’d like to know more about DOT’s programs too.

There are opportunities for home-based employment from time to time but we cannot guarantee one will be immediately available for your client.

We currently do not have employment support services for men. However, DOT women can expand their social network through active participation in our events and activities, through which they may come across opportunities relevant to their husbands.

Orientations are held every first Tuesday of each month (Orientation dates will change if it falls on a public holiday).

Please contact BeJobReady@DaughtersOfTomorrow.org to get details for our upcoming session.
