The Job Readiness Preparation Program is designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to enter or re-enter the workforce. The program includes the DOT Confidence Curriculum, Basic IT Literacy, Workplace Digital Literacy, and Financial Literacy . Its goal is to enhance participants’ employability, boost their confidence, and equip them with the tools needed for success in the workforce. Below is an overview of the 2025 programs for this year.
DOT’s community comprises individual volunteers, private businesses and organisations, as well as a network of social services agencies and NGOs who come together to enable you and your families. Each year, we provide support to more than 350 women in need through referrals by our social services partners. They include:
