Fadzilah takes on the mantle of a superwoman by being the sole caregiver of her son and grandmother, after divorcing her ex fourteen years ago.

Balancing caregiving responsibilities and work is no easy feat but Fadzilah overcomes all challenges thrown her way with a calm and positive mindset.

With Noraidah, her best friend and housemate, the two women raise their children and take care of Fadzilah’s grandmother together.

But Fadzilah’s selflessness and generosity doesn’t stop there. She’s well-loved by her neighbours for being a constant pillar of support. People turn to her for advice and a shoulder to cry on — and her wise and empathetic words encourage people to learn from their mistakes and move on, with her support, of course.

Fadzilah also regularly volunteers at a family service centre where, every month, she distributes food and necessities to the elderly and needy. Fadzilah is a true embodiment of a Shero, and we hope her strength and compassion for others will inspire others to do good, for themselves and others.
