It is because of Evelyn that her granddaughter has a safe space to call her home.

Having previously battled depression while grappling with estrangement from her family, Evelyn found her inner strength when she took on the role of becoming a single grandmother.

Despite the difficulties that have come her way, Evelyn tapped on the immense love and compassion within her heart and channeled it into giving her granddaughter the best upbringing she could possibly have.

Her granddaughter also motivated her to find confidence within herself and seek out communities of support. Evelyn eventually landed a full-time job, where she was able to encourage and empower other women around her to tap on their own inner strength and find love and support in their lives.
