The Most Caring Employer Award recognises companies that operate with employees being at the heart of all that they do, treating them with kindness, fairness and humanity in hard times.
The late founder Mr Lee Eng Su was a great supporter of DOT and we’d like to take this opportunity to thank him for his generosity over the years.

The Most Flexible Employer award recognises companies who have been generous in accommodating the individual needs of the women they hire such as providing flexible hours, as well as a kind and respectful workplace.
Quilt.AI has been employing women from DOT since June 2019. They offer flexible work hours, attractive living wages and assign all new hires with a manager to guide them through the onboarding process. Quilt.AI provides medical benefits for DOT hires and their family. Other perks include F1 tickets for high performing staff and their families. During COVID-19, staff were also given food vouchers to help defray the costs of living.

The Nurturing Employer Award recognises companies that invest in developing the potential of their employees.
Randstad hired Zarina as an intern but invested a lot of time in providing on the job training and support. After her internship she was brought on as a full-time staff member, further showing the company’s emphasis on nurturing and molding talent.

The Most Progressive Employer Award recognises companies that have implemented forward-looking hiring and HR practices that help our women to thrive at their workplaces.
To date, Vanguard Healthcare has hired 17 DOT women and is also a recipient of the DOT Employer Award for the third year running.
Vanguard Healthcare worked to implement recommendations from DOT to make it easier for low-income women to join the organisation. They provided core and stable scheduling as well as flexible working hours when necessary. Staff also received upgrading opportunities, as well as year-on-year salary increments and promotions.
