Zarina is a true changemaker, taking on multiple roles and responsibilities as a full-time working mother navigating a tenuous business landscape in the time of COVID-19.

Currently, Zarina is working at Randstad Sourceright, a large human resource firm. She started more than a year ago and has steadily grown into her role.

Her confidence and adaptability is palpable: Zarina is always on her toes, asking the right questions and challenging herself to tackle new hurdles at work. Zarina’s tenacity is driven by a belief that in life, one needs to “make the decision to step up and not look back”.

Previously, Zarina was struggling juggling work and caring for her then 8-year-old daughter, all while staying at a women’s shelter. After finding support at DOT, Zarina started out as an intern at Randstad Sourceright. She has risen through the ranks swiftly since then, all while inspiring and empowering others to do the same.

She’s determined to create a better future for herself and her family — and there’s nothing stopping her from doing so.
